Currently IVA Mobile Co. is supplying its products to twelve hundreds retailers in different provinces which comprises Kabul, where the Head Office is located, Nengrahar, Herat, Mazar-e-Shareef, Kandahar, Khost, Paktia, Ghazni and Kunduz. Cumulatively, the company’s sales are 30000 units per month. Thus, the company’s goal is to boost the number of supplied retailers and sales units up to a feasible extent while avoiding adulteration. However, we consider quality prior to quantity. Our goals for the coming five years are as:
- To boost the number of supplied retailers from 1500 / 250
- Increasing number of sales units from 30000 to 150000 units per months
