As a committed mobile phone supplier, we believe that customer satisfaction is the most vital element in acquiring our goals. Accordingly we have prioritized our customers both existing and potential in all of the activities we execute. Currently IVA Mobile Co. is supplying its products to twelve hundreds retailers in different provinces which comprises Kabul, where the Head Office is located, Nengrahar, Herat, Mazar-e-Shareef, Kandahar, Khost, Paktia, Ghazni and Kunduz. Cumulatively, the company’s sales are 30000 units per month. Thus, the company’s goal is to boost the number of supplied retailers and sales units up to a feasible extent while avoiding adulteration. However, we consider quality prior to quantity. Our goals for the coming five years are as:

• Increasing number of sales units from 30000 to 150000 units per months
